Sand Mix Driveway Sealer

Go Green Sand Mix Driveway Sealer is a new type of high-performance black-bright ultra-micro finish material. The high-performance dual-mode emulsified asphalt is used as the cementitious material, the super black anti-skid material is used as the aggregate, and the liquid mixture formed by adding super black modifier, super black wear-resistant filler, regenerant, etc., can be directly sprayed for construction at room temperature. The ultra-fine surface material has the characteristics of rapid demulsification and high wear resistance, which can effectively supplement the scattered pavement, missing asphalt and fine aggregate, and reduce the frequency of loose and aging pavement problems. At the same time, the anti-skid performance of the pavement is enhanced, water disasters are avoided, and the purpose of protecting the pavement structure and prolonging the service life of the pavement is achieved. It is a cost-effective preventive maintenance measure. 

Application:

It is suitable for preventive maintenance of various asphalt pavements such as highways, national and provincial trunk roads, municipal roads and facilities, airports, bridges, etc., as well as the repair of pavement appearance and function.

Construction:

Small areas can be manually scraped or constructed with real stone paint equipment, and large areas can be constructed with spray trucks. Calculate the spraying amount according to the road conditions, put the mixture containing the sand mist seal layer into the spraying truck or the real stone paint equipment, adjust the equipment and control the dosage.

(1) Before construction, the road surface should be cleaned, oil stains and loose parts should be removed to ensure that the road surface is dry and free of floating dust, and the spraying amount should be determined according to the road surface condition;

(2) The road surface is smooth, dense, slightly water seeped, and slightly loose hemp surface: single-layer spraying is used, and the spraying amount is 0.9-1.2kg/m2 (finished material);

(3) The surface of the pavement is rough, heavy water seepage, large porosity, heavy loose hemp surface and oil-poor: use double-layer spraying, the first layer spraying amount is 0.7-1.0kg/m2 (finished material), the second layer is The amount of layer spraying is 0.5-0.8kg/m2 (finished material). The second coat should be applied after the first coat is dry (about 30 minutes).

(4) The mixture can be constructed by spraying with real stone paint equipment, manual paving or spraying with special vehicles, and after demulsification molding, a sand-containing mist seal layer is formed. Only when the road surface is dry and non-stick test paper is allowed to open to traffic. The general curing time is 2-3 hours when the ambient temperature is higher than 15°C and the air humidity is less than 70%.
