This product is a water-based polymer material, with normal temperature construction, energy saving and consumption reduction, ecological and environmental protection.
Color grading aggregate: This series of products are selected from natural granite, and are produced by fine crushing and screening sand making equipment according to gradation. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, noise reduction and low water absorption, and the paved colored pavement has good durability and bright colors. It is mixed with asphalt material in a certain proportion to form a three-dimensional waterproof structure, which can effectively improve the water damage resistance of the pavement and can meet the requirements of various colored pavements.
Application
It is mixed with high-grade colored emulsified asphalt in a certain proportion and used for road construction such as colored high-viscosity wear layer (colored micro-surface).
Using slurry sealing equipment, mix high-grade colored emulsified asphalt, colored anti-skid composite graded aggregate and additives evenly and spread to the road surface with thickness of 4mm-6mm and 6mm-8mm. It is suitable for all grades of highway prompt sections, toll stations, service areas, bridges and tunnels, as well as tourist roads, urban bus lanes, BRT, etc.

Construction:
Base treatment: remove floating soil, garbage, oil stains and loose parts of the original road surface, repair various diseases of asphalt and cement pavement such as cracks, potholes, misplaced platforms, and voids, and do a good job of slope treatment to avoid water accumulation. Asphalt pavement can be directly constructed after cleaning and leveling. Cement concrete pavement should be finely milled to remove laitance. After cleaning, the interface agent should be sprayed, and the next process should be carried out 1 hour after the interface agent is applied;
Isolation of construction area: Use protective tape to separate and protect the construction area to avoid contamination of the road surface, and clean it up immediately after construction;
Paving: Debug the equipment, add the cationic color emulsified asphalt and the color graded aggregate to the paver in a ratio of 1:10 and stir, after fully stirring, spread the mixture evenly on the road surface, the paving thickness is about 4-6mm, The dosage is 11-12kg/m2;
Remove the anti-fouling tape when the pavement mix does not flow;
Open traffic: generally 2-4 hours (temperature 23°C, humidity 50%), after demulsification molding, the traffic can be opened, and it can be appropriately extended when the temperature is low;
Remark: The temperature is required to be above 10 ℃ and below 35 ℃, and construction is not allowed in cloudy and rainy days; after the product is formed, it is strictly forbidden to drive large trucks during use, and oil leakage will erode the surface; regularly sweep or clean the road to maintain the vividness of color.
