Construction
Surface treatment
Remove floating soil and dust from the surface of the asphalt substrate, and clean it up, the surface of the concrete substrate should be finely milled to remove the floating slurry, so that the surface has a structural depth of 2-3mm, then use a blower to clean up the dust; Apply tape around the construction area, the interface agent is sprayed on the clean concrete substrate after milling, and the interface agent is dried for 30 minutes before the next process. The dosage of the interface agent is 0.2kg/m2;
Preparations
The color polymer slurry mixture is two components, the main agent:curing agent = 25:1, according to this dosage and specified proportions, the curing agent is poured into the main agent, and the polymer is stirred for 30 seconds; After the slurry mixture is prepared, use it up within 1 hour, otherwise the gel will be scrapped.
Coating
Measure the surface temperature, the surface temperature must be lower than 45℃
Carry out the first time of coating and scraping of the color polymer slurry mixture, and after 3 hours of drying, carry out the second time of coating and scraping;
Coating parameters: Scrape twice the amount: 3.5kg/m2;
After the construction is completed, it needs to be maintained for 4-12 hours (depending on the temperature), and then open to traffic;
Attention
