Construction Procedure
Transport the recycled asphalt additive to asphalt mixing plant, after crushing and screening, mix with a certain proportion of new aggregate, new asphalt and asphalt recycling agent, by through the hot mix plant recycling method to produce out the hot asphalt mixture, then finished the construction with asphalt paver and roller compaction.
Usage Method and Precaution
Go Green recycled asphalt additive specific dosage is determined by the amount of RAP added and the aging degree of asphalt
RAP heating temperature: base asphalt RAP heating temperature should be controlled at 120~140℃, modified asphalt RAP heating temperature should be controlled at 130~150℃.
New aggregate heating temperature should be controlled at 180~190℃, base asphalt heating temperature is 155~165℃.
Asphalt recycling agent heating temperature is 50~80℃.
Adding sequence: adding the new aggregate into mixing tank firstly, then put the RAP and spray the asphalt recycling agent, to ensure the good performance, the asphalt recycling agent should be sprayed on the RAP feeding curtain, dry mixing 15s, finally spray the asphalt, mixing with the mineral powder uniformly.
