Go Green self adhesive anti-crack tape is composed of asphalt based polymer, high strength-tensile tire base and high strength fabric which is high temperature resistant and compatible with asphalt.
This product is self-adheisve, the construction is convenient, stick to crack directly. The structure is an organic comprehensive application of the measures to prevent cracks on highway, also the anti cracking and waterproof update product for changing concrete into asphalt pavement.
Product Features
1. Excellent anti-cracking effect
2mm thickness anti-crack tape, when the two cement concrete plates horizontal displace 1mm (base joint width 4mm), the anti crack tape can play a good role in relief and dispersion, although opening and closing 10000 times, the anti crack tape has no damage.
2. Excellent low tempeature flexibility, good resistance to up and down shear
Because the base material of the anti crack tape is soft and elastic, the material does not break when bent at 180°, when the anti crack tape bonded to the two cement concrete slabs moves up and down by 0.5mm (base joint width is 4mm), moves up and down 10000 times repeatedly, due to good flexibility and elongation, anti crack tape is not damaged.
3. Good adhension
The anti crack tape has good adhension with cement base and asphalt surface layer, adhension strength is greater than 4N/mm, after rolling with hot asphalt concrete, the adhension performance is improved greatly, so when under horizontal force, not easy to slip and damage.
4. Good waterproof and sealing
Since the self adhesive cover under the lower surface of the anti crack tape is greater than 1mm, it is completely combined with cement concrete after rolling with hot asphalt concrete, which greatly improves the waterproof tightness, prevents earth's surface water from penetrating into the cracks of the cement concrete plate, and improves the foundation stable. Especially when it is subjected to the horizontal thrust of the driving vehicle, its covering layer has good self adhesiveness and flexibility, which guarantees the waterproof tightness.
5. Easy construction
Anti-crack tape is self adhesive cold applied construction, as long as the separation membrane is removed, it can be directly sticked on the treated cement concrete base, construction is convenient, fast, no pollution to enviornment, its eco-friendly product.
Construction Process
1. The cement concrete pavement must be dry, stable, clean and free of sand, construction temperature should be above 5℃.
2. The broken and loose part of cement concrete should be removed, and the defect area should be repaired, the repair material can be asphalt or quick drying concrete.
3. Along the expansion joint (crack) as the center line, unfold the anti crack tape, tear off the membrane, stick the anti crack tape on the base surface where need to do the crack prevention evenly.
4. After laying the anti crack tape, use sand bags or pressure rollers to flatten the tape.
5. When two pieces tape overlapped, the width should be 8~10cm, and the overlapped part is compacted with a pressure roller to make it adhere firmly.
6. Afterwards, lay the fiberglass grid on the paved anti crack tape or directly lay the asphalt concrete.
